what is accupuncture?The practice of puncturing the body with fine needles (steel, gold, silver) at specific points in order to regulate construction, defense, qi and the blood. Acupuncture creates harmony and balance by regulating specific mechanisms in the body to prevent or heal illness.
yesterday, march 04, 2008. i had my first session for my diet regime which is detoxification. i had accupuncture as the first step. it was a funny experience for me. the fact that its a chinese treatment im getting. im not against chinese treatments or anything. its all natural and no side effects. besides the accupuncture, i also have this capsules which are herbal capsules to support my body's strength and metabolism.
the accupunctures no pain at all, i had around 20 needles on my tummy and two needles on the side of my knees.
moi: y do u need to put needles on my knes?chinese doc: its connected to ur tummy that can unblock fats.moi: really?so, he went on, he told me he'll be back after thirty minutes.
after 10 minutes, i felt some pain on my legs and feet.its really painful but tolerable. when he came back i asked him, where did the pain came from? he told me, the pain means that its working and it means that there is a blockage on my stomach that prevents me from having a good digestion. as soon as he removed the needles, the pain was gone.
as of now, im already feeling the difference and the result of the accupuncture and the herbal capsules that they've given me. not to mention as well the herbal slimming tea that they gave me.
i still have 9 more sessions to do with regards to the accupuncture. with the herbal capsules and tea, i dont know yet, they told me it depends upon how my body will react to those.
try it! theres no harm in trying.
